Overview
These Subscription Terms establish the conditions under which you obtain access to Mindwand's learning materials. They are incorporated by reference into the Terms & Conditions of Mindwand and form part of the agreement between you and us.

1. Trial
We may offer a paid trial subscription for access to the Service. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial, you will be automatically charged the price shown on the payment screen for your chosen subscription period, and the trial will convert into a full subscription.
2. Subscription
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (4 weeks, 12 weeks, or otherwise, depending on the option you selected at the time of purchase) until you cancel.
3. Payment Method
Payment will be charged to the primary payment method you submitted at the time of purchase upon confirmation of purchase. You authorise us to store your payment data to the extent necessary to provide the Service and to automatically charge applicable fees to your primary payment method.
In the event of a failed charge (e.g., if your payment method has expired), you agree that we have the right to retry billing the same payment method, including using automatic card-updater services offered by Visa, Mastercard, and similar networks to obtain a refreshed expiration date or replacement card number for the card already on file. We will not charge a different payment method that you have stored on the account unless you explicitly authorise that charge. If a payment is not successfully authorised due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, we may suspend or terminate your subscription. You remain responsible for any amounts you fail to pay.
You also agree that we may charge your payment method on file if you decide to restart your subscription.
4. Cancellation
Cancelling your trial or subscription disables automatic renewal, but you will retain access to all subscription features for the remainder of the then-current period. Closing your browser, clearing cookies, or stopping use of the Service does not cancel your subscription — you must cancel explicitly through the steps below.
How to cancel
To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your then-current period. You can cancel from your account at Settings → Subscription. If you can't access that page or run into trouble, email support@mindwand.com and we will process the cancellation within one business day.
Cancelling disables automatic renewal only. You keep access to the Service until the end of your current paid period.
5. Changes to Fees
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, we may change subscription fees from time to time. We will give you at least 30 days' advance notice of any such pricing change by email to the address on your account, and the new price will not take effect for your subscription until the start of the next billing period following that notice. If you do not wish to pay the new fees, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect and you will not be charged the new rate.
6. Refunds
In addition to any refund rights you have under applicable law, Mindwand offers a 48-hour satisfaction guarantee and a 14-day non-usage refund. The full eligibility rules, exceptions, and how to request a refund are set out in our Refund Policy.
To request a refund, email support@mindwand.com with your account email and the date of purchase. We respond within one business day.
