Subscription Terms

Overview

These Subscription Terms establish the conditions under which you obtain access to MindWand's learning materials. They are incorporated by reference into the Terms & Conditions of MindWand and form part of the agreement between you and us.

1. Trial

We may offer a paid trial subscription for access to the Service. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial, you will be automatically charged the price shown on the payment screen for your chosen subscription period, and the trial will convert into a full subscription.

2. Subscription

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (4 weeks, 12 weeks, or otherwise, depending on the option you selected at the time of purchase) until you cancel.

3. Payment Method

Payment will be charged to the primary payment method you submitted at the time of purchase upon confirmation of purchase. You authorise us to store your payment data to the extent necessary to provide the Service and to automatically charge applicable fees to your primary payment method.

In the event of a failed charge (e.g., if your payment method has expired), you agree that we have the right to retry billing your payment method or to use any other stored payment method associated with your account. If a payment is not successfully authorised due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, we may suspend or terminate your subscription. You remain responsible for any amounts you fail to pay.

You also agree that we may charge your payment method on file if you decide to restart your subscription.

4. Cancellation

Cancelling your trial or subscription disables automatic renewal, but you will retain access to all subscription features for the remainder of the then-current period. Note that deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

If you subscribed on our website:

To avoid being charged, cancel your subscription before the end of the then-current period. You may cancel in your account profile under Subscription Settings.

If you subscribed on App Store:

You can cancel at any time by turning off auto-renewal through your Apple ID account settings. To avoid a charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current billing period. You alone can manage your subscriptions — visit Apple's support page to learn how.

If you subscribed on Google Play:

You can cancel at any time by turning off auto-renewal through your Google Play account settings. To avoid a charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current billing period. You alone can manage your subscriptions — visit Google's support page to learn how.

Cancelling means automatic renewal is disabled. You keep access until the end of the current period.

5. Changes to Fees

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, we may change subscription fees at any time. We will give you reasonable notice of any such pricing changes by posting the new prices on the platform or by sending you an email notification. If you do not wish to pay the new fees, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

6. Refunds

In addition to any refund rights available under applicable law, you may contact us at hello@mindwand.com to request a refund. MindWand may issue refunds at its discretion.

If you purchased a subscription through the App Store and are eligible for a refund under Apple's refund policy, please request it directly from Apple — they manage all refunds for App Store purchases. Follow the instructions on Apple's support page.

If you purchased through Google Play, refund requests are subject to Google Play's refund policy. Visit Google's support page to learn more.
